The PGA Tour stopped the Covid-19 screening procedure at its affiliated events and announced new points in the epidemic prevention barrier.

And according to this document, the items that are no longer valid in the PGA Tour’s epidemic prevention program include the requirement to test first at home, at the weekly match point, in pro-am content. and allowances for positive members who have to leave the league for isolation. The PGA Tour does not disclose the number of members and related individuals who have been vaccinated. Their spokesman also declined to disclose injection rates. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 66% of adult citizens have received at least one dose.
During the tournament, individuals who come into contact with the source of the disease but have not been vaccinated will become the subject of tracing. This does not apply to people who have been vaccinated and certified.
Despite removing the screening procedure at the match point, the PGA Tour still has a medical team ready to test people with typical symptoms, and requires individuals participating in the tournament to make a medical declaration every day.
