Kun Marathon Quy Nhon 2021 moved to August 21

VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon 2021 will be rescheduled from July 4 to August 22 due to complicated developments of Covid-19. Thus, the Kun Marathon children’s race is also postponed to August 21 to ensure the overall safety of the children and the community.

The organizers said that the change in time does not affect the benefits of the child athlete Kun Marathon. Parents who are adult athletes, tourists, people in Binh Dinh province and other areas can register their children to participate in the tournament at this address. Those who have successfully registered will be entitled to all Bib benefits.

Kun Marathon is a special race, held one day before VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon 2021 and exclusively for children. Here, the Organizing Committee arranged a short themed race, with different obstacles, stimulating the children’s ability to overcome difficulties.

The Kun Marathon Quy Nhon 2021 running track is designed by the beach in the city center, near the square. The tournament has many unique challenges, suitable for children’s physical condition. The children divided into 20 rounds of competition based on age. The tournament takes place throughout the day, scheduled from 7 to 12 am and from 13 to 17 pm.

Because of the lingering effects of Covid-19, Kun Marathon has changed the date twice. According to the old schedule, the tournament would take place on June 5, then changed to July 3 and is currently August 21.

Kun Marathon Quy Nhon 2021 expands to 2,000 runs. They are given free race-kit with hat, shirt, Bib, carrying bag and receive medals and Finisher items if they complete a valid race. Children with good results in 20 runs have the opportunity to receive valuable prizes. The organizers also arranged a separate check-in photo area and achievements for 60 young runners to finish in the top 3 of the matches.
