VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight has an additional team award

At the Hanoi night runway held on November 20, in addition to the main award structure for individuals, the running group award category will be a special highlight, attracting running clubs across the country.

Each team has 20 people, including 10 people with a distance of 21 km and 10 people at a distance of 42 km. In which, at a distance of 21 km, there are at least 4 female athletes and a distance of 42 km has at least 2 women. The list should have 3 more members.

Professional athletes who have been competing for teams, receiving salaries or support from these organizations for 3 years (as of competition date) are not allowed to join the group. This condition is to ensure that the competition between teams at VM Hanoi Midnight 2021 is an attractive race exclusively for amateurs, amateurs, and promoters of sports.

Each person can only register for one group, and must buy Bib to attend right in the “Jackfruit” sale (ending on February 9) and Super Early Birds from February 14 and ending on February 28. Runners who buy Bib after this time are not allowed to compete in the competition.

In which, at the “Jackfruit” phase will end until the end of tomorrow (February 9), 30% off for first time registrants, and 50% of athletes participating for the second time (using email registration of the previous season). The price list before and after preferential treatment at 4 distances at the jackfruit stage is as below:

The results of the teams are calculated based on the total performance of each member according to chiptime, if the match is valid. Team athletes still use their achievements to compete in individual competitions.

After VM Hanoi Midnight 2021 ends, the top 10 leading groups will be supported with a training budget of 3 million VND and enjoy additional media benefits introduced on VnExpress or Fanpage.

To register, teams send names and lists of 20 official members as prescribed and 3 reserve members to the Organizing Committee from April 1 to April 3. The list includes full names, scanned IDs, and facebook links for each team member. The organizers will assist teams that wish to print names or logos on each member’s jersey.

Details of the prize and competition conditions will be announced by the Organizing Committee in March.

In 2020, VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight is a playground of many large groups running from North to South. Many teams bring their own flags and uniforms to conquer Hanoi’s night track. The award category for the group will increase this year’s tournament expertise as well as a playground to show the colors of the shirt.
