Vietnam Airlines free to change flight date for runner VM Quy Nhon

After the negotiation efforts of the VM Organizing Committee, Vietnam Airlines, Bamboo Airways and Vietjet Air agreed to convert tickets purchased according to the policy of no change of flight date and exemption of ticket conversion fee for runner including airport tax, upgrade fee) to the new time.

Vietnam Airlines has completed detailed support for runners. BTC will announce further support information from Bamboo Airways and Vietjet Air in the near future.

Specifically, Vietnam Airlines supports runners who buy air tickets that cannot be changed, they will be able to change tickets to the time of organizing a new race and free of fees (from VND 360,000 to VND 500,000). Relatives accompanying the runner (who have filled in the list provided by BTC) are also eligible for the above support.

The support does not include price difference, tax, no change of flight itinerary and no refund. Refund will be applied according to the original ticket purchase conditions and current policy of Vietnam Airlines. If a runner’s ticket has a condition of initial purchase that is non-refundable, it will not be supported.

Vietnam Airlines will accept requests to change flight dates from May 26. VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon 2021 takes place on July 4, runners can change their return journey as late as July 9.

Runners will go directly to VNA’s box office in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for policy support. Runner only needs to present the Bib purchase confirmation email (hard copy or electronic version) to compare information. Runners in other provinces follow these steps:

In it, it is clearly stated that “athletes participating in the Quy Nhon Marathon” and provide the ticket code to be changed. In case the runner’s ticket does not cost the difference in ticket class and fare difference, you can request the fanpage/call center to change the flight date without going to the ticket office.
