“Tiger Woods suffered leg injuries in a car accident in California. He was undergoing surgery,” said Mark Steiberg, Woods’ representative.
Los Angeles police received the news at 7 am through February 23. When they arrived at the scene, only Woods was in a car on the side of the road and no vehicle involved. Woods was “lucky to survive”, authorities said, and the injuries were not life-threatening. They claimed he showed no signs of taking drugs.
Sheriff Alex Villanueva said the Woods car was faster than the speed allowed when it made a slope in an area where accidents were common. Functional forces guessed the car hit the railing, then crashed to the opposite side.
