2020 is considered the most special season in 8 years. The Lotteria Cup Challenge accompanies Vietnamese children on the field. Due to the influence of Covid-19, for the first time, all matches were played live on Facebook. This form not only ensures the safety of the players and the coaching staff, but also allows fans to follow the cup’s journey.
Opening on 10/10, The Challenge Lotteria Cup 2020 lasted nearly 2 months, stopping in 6 provinces with 64 child teams across the country participating. On November 29, the final round of the Lotteria Cup Challenge took place, named the new champion – TBS Kids (Hanoi) and ended an emotional journey.
Each qualifying round went by, the season witnessed the maturity in the sports of the kids, but tears of regret, moments of celebration, happy smiles or spectacular football matches. Besides, the spirit of playing beautiful ball, Fair Play in sport is the value that Challenge Lotteria Cup always emphasizes throughout the journey.

Besides broadcasting on Facebook, Lotteria also organizes many other online activities to satisfy passion for football and provide many useful sports knowledge for children nationwide. Activities include the above event TikTok of Lotteria Vietnam, a series of home football lessons with the participation of many experts and coaches broadcast on YouTube Lotteria Vietnam.
The award took place during a time when the storms continuously poured into the Central region. In the framework of qualifying in Da Nang, Lotteria Vietnam has made a donation of 10 tons of rice to the people in Central Vietnam, through the Red Cross of Danang city.

First organized in 2013, under the sponsorship of the Vietnam General Administration of Physical Training and Sports and the Vietnam Football Federation, the Lotteria Cup Challenge has become an annual children’s football tournament with full scale. The organizers expect the tournament to create a healthy sports field, illuminating the passion of Vietnamese youths for round balls.
