A diet full of quality groups helps runner have good resistance and development of muscle groups. In addition to running, Ms. Binh also performs cross exercises such as yoga to make her body supple, to help her legs stay strong. Runner conquering many distances of 42km advised the elderly to listen to the body to adjust the appropriate exercise regimen, because the bones show signs of aging, unlike young people.
In November, Ms. Binh participated in 3 running tournaments with a distance of 42km, including VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2020.
