The virtual run towards Vietnam Science Day 18/5 attracted more than 1,000 people and 101 groups to participate after 2 days of launching.
The campaign “Run for creativity” organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and VnExpress newspaper, opened registration from May 14. The award recognizes the number of active participants with many members who are familiar runners, regularly participating in the V-Race series. Besides, there were also hundreds of new runners and groups coming to the prize for the spirit of honoring those who do scientific research and actively innovate businesses.
More than 70% of members choose 42 and 100 km distances.
Runners can continue to enroll here and start running right from 0:00 the next day. Each person has 21 days to accomplish their goal. Last date for registration is 6/6.

Participants register to run cumulatively in 5 distances: 10 km, 21 km, 42 km, 100 km. During the tournament, each person can run an unlimited number of times, as long as they accumulate enough registered distances, with an average speed of 3 minutes/km to 12 minutes/km (pace 3:00) until 12:00). Runner can also run beyond the registered number of kilometers according to the ability.
VnExpress’s V-Race platform integrated with the Strava application will record the results. When completing information registration on the V-Race site, players need to connect their account to the Strava application.
