The organizers will distribute bib, shirt and cap to the child runner participating in Hue Kun Marathon 2020, at Kun booth in Phu Van Lau, on December 25.
From 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on December 25, 1,000 child runners at Hue Kun Marathon will receive a set of items and bibs at Phu Van Lau, Hue City. Each child will receive a race kit including bib, T-shirt and cap, with cartoon characters, specially designed for the tournament. The Bib for kid athletes has 5 colors, corresponding to the ages.
In the case of receiving bib, race kit directly, the family prepares: a photocopy of the birth certificate, a copy of the child’s birth certificate; Copy of ID card, identity of natural father and mother. Parents return the disclaimer, the accompanying documents to the organizers. Also present the previous confirmation email at the race kit collection counter.
If you authorize another person to accept the replacement, the parent needs to prepare all documents, clip together with the written disclaimer, authorization letter to receive race kit. The authorized person returns the disclaimer, accompanying papers to the organizer.
