AmericaLee Westwood and Matthew Fitzpatrick are sharing the top two spots after 36 holes at The Players Championship – the main tournament of the PGA Tour with a prize pool of $ 15 million.

By the end of the second round on March 12, Westwood kept the top of the board at -9, leading a stick over Fitzpatrick.

This round, Westwood hit 66 strokes, of which scored six birdies and not bogey. The Golfer born in 1973 played an average of 290.9 yards, hit seven of the 14 fairways and went on a standard green – 14 holes GIR. Meanwhile, Fitzpatrick 68 sticks with six birdies and two bogeys. Westwood 21 years older than Fitzpatrick. He won just two PGA Tour titles but has 25 in the European Tour. The new compatriot juniors have been crowned the European First Division system six times and have not yet won the American arena.

After two rounds, only the lake of hole 17, par3 “swallowed” 48 balls while the average since 2003 has been 47 and the peak occurred in 2007 was 93.
